Return And Refund Policy
At Al-Rafay Law Book Publishers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that you receive your law books in perfect condition. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully:
  •  Returns
    We accept returns only if the book(s) delivered are damaged, misprinted, or
    incorrect.
    Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
    The book(s) must be unused, in original condition, and returned along with the
    original invoice.

  • How to Request a Return
    Contact us through our customer service number or email within 3 days of
    delivery.
    Provide your order details and a brief description (with pictures if possible)
    showing the issue.
    Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  • Refunds
    After we receive and inspect the returned book(s), we will notify you about the
    approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days through your
    original payment method or another agreed method.

  •  Non-Returnable Items
    Books purchased in sale, discounted promotions, or customized orders cannot
    be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.
    Minor variations in cover designs or binding styles are not considered valid
    reasons for return.

Courier Service

We use reliable and trusted courier services to deliver your books on time.

Important Note

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our
side (wrong book, damaged item, etc.).
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier companies.
